Company history

For years Luther Capell worked as a builder and Frances maintained the company books. In 1980, Luther and Frances Capell retired from the building business. They had enjoyed traveling in their motor home on vacations. Knowing they lived in one of the most beautiful areas of the country, they decided to utilize their home place as a home away from home for others. Luther always said "this is God's country".
